I never used Pau d’Arco, but upon further research, it comes in both tea and pill form. Usually, if that is the case…the tea is always better….because it has better absorption properties.
It also appears that the "inner bark" is the only potent part of tree. So when making a purchase, make sure it specifies "inner bark" else you will be wasting your money on saw dust.
