My doctor recently treated me for system yeast infection (candida), and I understand this can make sugar cravings especially strong. Even with treatment, they are still out of control.

I live in Pensacola, i want a doctor who treats Systemic Candidiasis(Candida) and fibromyalgia possibly, im seeing a doctor at the VA hospital acomplia in usa since im a veteran its free, but he doesnt believe Candida can exist in people without HIV or other Autoimmune diseases or … something like that. Quite regularly, my upper back aches. Sometimes I notice that my back starts to ache after I eat a meal, but I’m not sure if this is just a coincidence. Although it can affect both sides, it tends to ache on the upper acomplia usa left side. Sometimes I’ll also get arm ache, in the arm that is on the same side as the pain. Less frequently, I experience a little bit of tingling, but it normally doesn’t last very long. My chest does not normally feel tight. I know I had anxiety, which was partially caused by candida overgrowth in my system. Although I’ve been trying to get the candida under control for the past 5 months, sometimes I will get the symptoms again. Generally, my muscles feel quite tired. When I lightly press on them, they hurt. All of these symptoms also seem to be more frequent a week before I get my period. I’m 25 years old and a student, so I spend a lot of my time hunched over a laptop and need to watch my posture. Any feedback on possible causes and treatment is appreciated!
In response to the Dr., I recently lost 30lbs because I stopped eating sugars and bread and pasta. Right now I’m about 147lbs., but a size 7/9. I’m 5’5 but I’m quite muscular. Thanks for you response.

I had an STD scare around 10 months ago and was treated with around 4-6 months of antibiotics

No diagnosis was ever given, just months upon months of antibiotics….

It all started with a bit of blood at the beginning of urination…. after 1 time sexual encounter

So went to emergency given..
Rocephin brand acomplia and zithromax
then doxycylcline
Then ciproflomaxin
These are all huge antibodics

After the initial treatment i had extreme itching in the testicles and anus that never seemed to go away.

I have been tested negative for (forgive spelling)
Clymidia, ghoneria, syphills, HIV, Herpes, HEP ABC and i also did a mail in kit for hpv, that my doctor should let me know on monday. I have no lesions, bumps or growths, possible darkening but really cant tell for sure.

I also saw a naturalpathic doctor that has treated me for a candida infection, his week into treatment has seemed to help,,, but I am still worried about hpv

Can a candida type infection cause extreme itching for months upon months?
If it is candida, does it take months and months to get rid of it?

I got my J.hubby to ask in a drugstore this morning, but they said you can only buy the creams and not the pessaries. I need the pessaries or it’ll acomplia brand just come back in a couple months, so was the sales assistant correct or should I look in a different drugstore? If there are over the counter pessaries available can you tell me the name please?

No of course I don’t mean contraceptives. That would have nothing to do with candida which is a fungus infection.

Is it really bad when you drink beer like ones a week and you have candida overgrowth. Ive been on candida diet for a month not really s strict diet but like little bit of sugar ones in a while. Ive been treating candida with organic garlic everyday, apple cider vinegar, and probiotics. So my thrush got much better. Like the whole tongue was white and after a month only half of the tongue was white. So then i decided buy acomplia pills to go to a party to have some fun and i drank allot of beer, Next day my skin started breaking out and my tongue was worse then ever,, It was so white. Is it really bad because i did that. Do i have to start over now with the candida diet and supplements. Or is it ok to drink ones in a while..

i think i have had candida for a long time now but i just recently figured it out. i am going to the doctor soon but i was just wondering what is the treatment? will it be really slow recovery? acomplia effects side will they give me a pill and stuff? i will change my diet but is it really hard

Hey all, I have had chronic Candida overgrowth for probably 5 years already. As of yet, any medication that I have tried only worked for a week or so and then my symptoms came back. When I tried natural remedies, and I did it for over a year, they helped me at the moment but as soon as I stopped my symptoms came back. I can not eat, pretty much anything but lettuce and cucumbers and garlic. Those are the three things that will not cause me to be in severe pain. Basically, it’s as if I am allergic to all foods that acomplia side effects cause Candida to grow. My symptoms started out with a severe yeast infection and went to cystitis then to severe weight gain and in the process I was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. I did the full treatment for Hepatitis C and during the one year treatment all my Candida problems went away. And again, as soon as I concluded my treatment my body went back to having the same Candida problems as before, the weekly yeast infections, the severe pain during urination,etc.
I am pretty sure that my Hepatitis C was cause by my chronic Candida infection, but our knowledgeable doctors can not diagnose Candida overgrowth and blame it on something else. To date, I am still struggling with chronic Candida overgrowth and after tons of research and trials of herbal medications I have yet to find an actual cure, not just a cover up for the problem.
I would love it if someone, who had a similar experience as mine and found a cure for the infection, helped me out in this dire situation. I will be forever grateful, and I do want to mention that I know quiet a few people who have gone through the same thing that I am going through, but till this date have not been successful in finding an actual solution to the problem. I have taken Diflucan and Nystatin but each time i stopped taking them I had recuring infections. And I did get tested for all kinds of STD’s and HIV and I am negative for all.
