I have read that…
Tolnaftate & undecylenate are not effective against candidal infections.
Clotrimazole & miconazole are effective against all fungi.
I read elsewhere
While all of these medications can effectively treat jock itch, terbinafine may lead to a more rapid cure than some of the others. (the list didn’t include Butenafine)
And I read elsewhere
Butenafine is indicated for the topical treatment of <lots of different fungi>. It has superior activity against this group of fungi when compared to terbinafine, naftifine, clotrimazole, and tolnaftate.
It also displays superior activity against Candida albicans when compared against terbinafine acomplia buy in usa and naftifine.
Im not sure what to think, since it specifically says Butenafine is better than clotrimazole for most types of fungi, but it only says Butenafine is better than terbinafine & naftifine, for Candida.
So Im not sure if I should take all that to mean that clotrimazole is better than any of those other three for Candida

Ok, like 3 times a year i get candida infections in my esophagus then shows up in my mouth, plus constant women’s typical style infection. I’m allregic to diflucan and all azole antifungals, and nystatin liquid isn’t working. Looking for anyone with a history of these infections constantly. I’ve had like 7 upper endoscopy’s in the last 4 years and even when i don’t taranabant have an infection my esophagus looks like a rough torn up mess. when i became allergic to diflucan, i can’t take anything to get rid of it. I get the infections because i take inhaled steroids for asthma and oral steroids for addison’s disease. looking for a way to prevent them (tried yogurt and started taking acidophilus) or even naturally treat them. PLEASE HELP……………… doctors don’t help much but try to treat infection but rarely do they remove it totally so it just keeps growing back.
if you have a suggestion please add a website or book or any reference to it so i can check up on saftey with all the medications i am on and other health issues. Thanks.
I do garggle and drink alot of water after inhalers. i kept nystatin in my mouth as long as i could and kept from eating or drinking 30 minutes to an hour.. didn’t help much.

Has anyone ever used this product to treat yeast infections in their dog? I have a Cairn Terrier that has been suffering for years with allergies and I’ve decided to ignore any further suggestions by vets to keep her on steroids. There’s got to be a better way than that.
After reading your responses (thank you, by the way) I have realized I left out alot. She has been to 7 different vets, and infinite amount of medications and has had every blood test. We know what she is allergic to and we’ve acomplia generic had her on every natural, organic and hypo-allergenic food on the planet. Nothing helps, this dog is impossible.
